ALL units are constructed of 304 stainless steel. Fully welded shell and frame. The 5" casters and 10" wheels make this roaster very portable for one person to setup, and can be easily trailer mounted. Standard units are charcoal roasters but can be used with gas as well. Accurate and efficient temperature controls and temperature gauge assure ease of operation. All of the units that we sell are easily upgradeable with extra work shelves, a higher capacity rotisserie, and an add-on fire box for smoking your pigs. Our roasters are perfect for use just with the family or inviting the whole neighborhood over for a great home-cooked meal.
